		<description>Is your cellphone nearby? Mine did this too and I could never figure it out and it annoyed me since it was new. I realized that my cellphone was causing it. Before someone calls or sometimes just when it is just sitting there, like some sort of configuration must be going on, it causes my monitor to shake.</description>
