why does my LCD TV have no picture but sound?

for the past 5 days when i come home i go got turn my tv on and itll play sound but no picture it just turns either white or gray. Eventually it’ll turn to normal after i have to just click random buttons for about 30 minutes but its not even 2 years old?
It’s a polaroid 19″ FLM-1911
&& i have to turn it on and off untill it comes up !

    Is there no picture at all? Look closely…there might be a very very dimm picture (almost black and white). If this is the case, LCD’s have a backlit display, and that bulb might be out. 2 years is very uncommon for it to go out on an LCD…hate to tell you though man…you cheaped out by getting a Polaroid…as they’re not very good TV’s. Chances are, your’e out of manufacturer’s warranty, hope you bought a protection plan on it or something. Depending on how much you paid for it, it might actually be cheaper to replace it than to buy the new bulb for the TV, plus you have to have someone install it for you.
