boo1978 asked:

I just bought a brand new Toshiba 37 inch LCD TV and brought it home and I can not for the life of me get a clear picture. Ive had it for a week now and am getting very frustrated. I can get a regular 27 inch tube tv and plug it in and the pic is crystal clear, why cant I get a crystal clear pic on my new lcd?

    Is it an analog signal?

LCD’s will have a little snow if it is an analog signal because there are not enough dots of resolution in the signal to make the picture, so it has to make some of it up.

Use a cable or satellite box and the picture should be crystal clear.

Probably because it’s winter where you are at. wait until summer!!!!

It sounds like you have regular cable, in which case, for your LCD , you will likely need to up grade your cable to digital. For that , you will need to call your cable Co. & get a digital set-top box.
