What would be the cause of the picture flickering on a lcd tv, when you are watching tv, movie, or using a ps3?

    Inproper setup, How is your television hooked up? HDMI or component cables.

    For instance if you have a cable box putting out 480 to a 1080tv it will flicker. If its putting out 480 to a 720tv it will flicker.

    I need more info about your setup.
