Let me guess.... you did not order high def TV service did you?  LOL!!  We have only seen this problem reported about a 1000 times here...

You are seeing a bad picture because you now have a TV that is probably larger and much more accurately reproduces the signal it gets. Basically, an old analog signal on an old analog TV set is hidden because the TV does not do a very good job of displaying the picture. When you turn that around and now you have a great TV and the same old lousy standard def signal, you are just seeing what was always there.</description>
