Mr. Unknown asked:
I’m talking about the contrast, brightness, and so on. If you don’t know what all the other setting modes are besides contrast and brightness then you really shouldn’t be answering this question. But I really want to get the best picture quality so please help me out =P
P.S. – I’ve got HD Comcast channels if this helps any.

First I would check if your Comcast box has HDMI. (some don’t and they try and ***** you with component) Once that is determined I would definitely go with HDMI connection from your box to your TV. I color calibrated my screen knew some folks who knew some folks so it was free. Don’t think I would ever see a difference though. Sound wise I don’t use the TV speakers I set up a Bose system along with bluray and it’s movie time. But back to picture I have mine set to Dynamic Cool1 with DNie turned on. Also make sure you set your Comcast box to 1080i since I don’t think the boxes do 1080p yet. Good luck.
