		<description>you def changed the appesct ratio some where. its either on your cable/satellite remote or the tv remote. Go through the menu and set the tv to normal or full, if its directv set the screen to stretch and native. on the vizio make sure to set the tv to not go auto fill. it may get stuck if the tv has the feature.</description>
