Ok i just got a new 40″ lcd hdtv, i am not use hdmi just got the cable cord plugged in along with dvd player.
when i watch tv show the picture quality is fine, but sometimes it gets blurry when its not a still picture Exp: a person walking. it will get kinda blurry why is this?
also my cable is comcast and they went digital is this why

Read the manual, most likely it has some mode enable which does this. Some brands call it digital motion plus, others have their own name for it. This causes a weird look to the picture, some people like it, others **** it.
