Samsung lcd picture size question?

Samsung LN40a630 lcd tv Is there anyway to custom size the picture size on the tv? The full fit is too big and the other sizes are too small for my likeing.

    Curses on the TV manufacturers that don’t just make 16:9 TVs. It just screws us up. Like my Samsung, you’ll get almost a full screen on regular HD. You might try just scan or full. I like Full best.

    On regular DT I use 4:3 or one of the zoom settings. I lose a bit but, unless it’s Baseball with the balls and strikes up top, I don’t mind.
