phillips lcd tv has no picture on the sreen?

There is no problem on the switch. It does turn on but the screen of the tv just turn to blue color only and totally blank. The tv channel doesn’t appear on the screen, the menu doesn’t show either. The remote is working, the screen of the tv has no picture at all.

    A little more description might help. Does it turn on? Is the source set to TV? Is there a signal? There are like a million things that this could be.
