You may want to look up on the magnavox consumer website for any Software/Firmware updates for your symptom. You'll need to know your model number to search for updates. They normally supply you with the instructions to do it yourself. DO NOT apply any updates for OTHER SYMPTOMS or OTHER MODELS -- Only YOUR MODEL ! That way you won't need to call a TV Tech out to replace the microprocessor board....
