		<description>I think that you may have a problem with the backlight. This is how i would go about diagnosing it. Press the menu button on the monitor while it is on and look very very closely, with the light on, at the screen. If you see the menu faintly then it may be a backlight problem.

To fix this simply buy a cold cathode backlight tube that works with your monitor.</description>
