		<description>Though you haven&#039;t stated, I&#039;m guessing your using a dSLR? Until recently most dSLRs were not able to compose shots on the LCD. Entry level models from Nikon and Sony, and all Pentax cameras to the best of my knowledge still lack this feature.

Also, even those cameras that do possess this feature (which is called &quot;liveview&quot;), there are generally limitations. Such as a much slower autofocus, and additional lag between when the shutter button is pulled an the picture actually taken.</description>
