Are you using HDMI for the 47" tv, because HDMI can break up. If so, try component (red/green/blue) cables instead and see if it fixes the problem. Comcast will always tell you it's not their signal. But if it continues, it is most likely their box or signal to that tv is too weak. I had a problem like that and they had to run a new cable thru my attic for that tv and it was fixed. So if the component's don't fix the problem, just insist they send a tech to check the signal strength at your cable box. Do you have different types of cable boxes?
