I am about to purchase a flat screen tv and i am kinda confused as to which of these two types, that will give me high quality picture that is close to nature

I have a TV tuner on my computer, hooked up by a coaxial cable. I don’t have cable, I live out in the country where I only get local network television.
I don’t want dish network or direct TV.

Hey guys i have a 32inch LG LCD TV and i am wondering will it lose picture quality , sharpness , contrast or colors overtime or will it stay the same forever ? plz i need an answer this is very important. Thanks in advance
