Falcons Fan 00 asked:
My LCD TV is having picture problems, the sound still works fine. I did some research about the problem and it may sounds like its called a picture convergence problem. Is this problem fixable, any general estimates about how much it may cost? Thank you.

I’m not aware that LCD TVs ever have convergence problems. The layout of the color pixels is fixed at manufacturing and never changes. DLP and CRT systems have independent focusing of the red, green and blue components and can require occasional conversion adjustments, but LCDs should never suffer this problem.
I think you have some other trouble.
