I just switched to an lcd monitor for my computer and sometimes, certain colors change to these red spots, mostly on pictures. Also, if you minimize the picture or if the picture is big enough to scroll down and make the image disappear from the screen then bring it back up, the red dots will be gone.

I bought this LCD TV about 4 months ago and everything was working fine.
Today I opened it to watch a channel and I just got the sound but no picture..I could change channels and hear the sound of each but I had no picture..The panel of the TV continue to look just like it does when the TV is off but the sound was ok. Can I do something for it?What could be the problem? It is something that can be fixed?

She’s had it sitting in her spare bedroom for over 4 months now and says she will get it fixed but i am wondering if she can even get it fixed. The TV comes on and you can see a picture but there’s a line in the middle of the screen.

I have a new Samsung LCD750 and was fine tuned by geek squad. Had some issues with cable (time warner) and maybe my kids messed with the remote, but the picture is not the same. I believe the cable box should be set to 16:9 and the tv screen to widescreen. But when I do this the ticker at the bottom of the screen on news channels is too low to see and the screen is too wide. Other channels are not where the were. If I go to 16:9 my news channel is okay but my local channels and discovery (non high def.) is letter box. Seems to me that before thursday we had full screen pictures on all channels. Anyone know how to tune these things? I can not afford another 250 bucks for the geek squad guy. Thanks so much
