Comcast sent a signal and the color is better, but it is still not great. Could it be that I am sitting too close (6 ft from TV)?

I just bought a 32-inch Toshiba LCD TV from the Appliance store last Saturday, it went well with the installation, then when i connect the Coaxial cable to the LCD tv, i just realized that there is no difference in the picture and the sound when you used an Analog Cable TV. is there any difference in picture and sound when i watched an Analog cable on to my Digital LCD TV?

the colors are still good and i have turned the brightness setting up to the max setting

Dell says it won’t service it nor will their subcontractor. Is this repairable , is it worth it. Does anyone buy this type of Tv/ computer monitor.

I bought a new 26″ Flat Screen Samsung LCD HDTV from Walmart on 12/26/07 and the picture clarity isn’t perfect. I see squares when things move too quickly on the screen. I’ve been told I’m seeing the Pixels. I see the Pixels on the DVD’s I play and on my cable programming (which is NOT HD). I never had a problem with this same set up on my old tube Magnavox! I called Samsung to ask if there were any picture settings that I could ***** with to make the pixels disappear, he gave me some suggestions to try and they didn’t work so he said the next step would be to send someone to service it. The TV isn’t even a week old, I’m not going to service it, I’d rather take it back to the store.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to make the clairity better?

Why didnt the display TV at the store have pixels on it?

Should I take it back and go buy another TV from Best Buy? If so, what TV brand do you recommend? I thought Samsung with a good brand, but I’m not so impressed now.

If I play back normal DVDs from a good DVD Player or downloaded movies from something like a media player supporting .avi, .wmv or .divx on a LCD or Plasma widescreen HD TV, will I get reasonable quality using analogue inputs ?- like for example will it be similar quality as on my computer screen- or will the large TV screen make them look worse?
Will LCD or Plasma be better for this and what size?

I’ve changed things on the settings and everything, but do you think I might need like a HDMI cable or something, please help its bad for my eyes and its making me go blind?!

I have a Medion laptop and now picture comes without
background light, somebody who repairs laptops told that the LCD inverter board(I am not sure I wrote it correctly) is broken. but I myself think maybe this is the problem with LCD driver and it’s just the software problem and if I install it, maybe it works. can aybody help me with this problem? thanks in advance.

If I get a digital box will the picture improve?
