Ditital camera Cannon PowerShot S230 will not show anything on the LCD monitor when I turn it on. What is the problem?
I can not take pictures because when I turn on the camera I can not see anything in the LCD monitor. It seem like there is nothing going through the lense and showing up in the LCD monitor. What could be the problem that the lcd is blank?

The television is a Sony KDS 50A2000..When a hi-def picture or any picture for that matter is on, the top and bottom of the picture is cut off. I have tried checking all the settings in the picture menu and I cant seem to find it. Any help would be great. Could it be a setting in my cable box,which is cablevision.

There is no problem on the switch. It does turn on but the screen of the tv just turn to blue color only and totally blank. The tv channel doesn’t appear on the screen, the menu doesn’t show either. The remote is working, the screen of the tv has no picture at all.

i have a lcd tv that has a pc input when i hook it up to my laptop with the VGA cord the picture sometimes shows normally like a normal monitor but sometimes the picture is pushed to the left, is there something i have to set with the tv’s pc input, or does it have to do witht he VGA or the computer itself? the computer is brand new, the vga is brand new, and the lcd tv is in like new condition taken care of and is no more than 2 years old.

I want it to be good for gaming and a close up picture that looks good.
Any recommended brands??=)?

Has somebody got feedback as i am thinking of buying a 17 to 20 inch lcd monitor which will be used as tv as well.
Is it worth buying the external device to watch tv on my present 17 inch lcd monitor.

When I play dvd’s from my pc the picture quality is actually quite good, but if I try dvd playback from a normal dvd player the movement is very slow, the picture blurs and the contrast is pretty harsh. Is this something to do with pixels? Forgive me, I know nothing of these things….
